Support
Each customer will be serviced by an appointed salesperson. Affairs of accounting, technician, production, transportation will be arranged through the salesperson.
Warranty
Dawei Health Limited (Hereinafter "Dawei" for short) warrants new products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials
for a period of 12 months (3 months for accessories not including expendable) from the date of shipment under normal use and service.
Dawei's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at Dawei's option, any part which upon Dawei's examination proves defective.
The warranty shall not extend to any instrument that has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents; any instrument from which Dawei's original serial number tag
or product identification markings have been altered or removed.
Dawei warrants the repair and service referring to CE rules. Parts will be available for a maximum period of seven (7) years after any product has been discontinued.
Parts shall include all materials, instructions, diagrams and accessories that were furnished with the standard models.
Technical Training
Dawei provides free service training to the technical personnel from the customers, and will further provide technical assistance via e-mail if requested.
The training will be performed at Dawei's office or at site as per our arrangement. The transportation and accommodation expenses are on the customers' account.
Return
Any material to be returned to Dawei, the following procedure should be followed:
Contact the salesperson which service you and obtain an authorization. The authorization number must appear on the outside of the shipping container.
Return shipments will not be accepted if the authorization number is not clearly visible. Please provide the model number, serial number,
and a brief description of return reason.
The product should be returned to an address appointed by Dawei at that time after got authorization.
The customers or their agent are responsible for freight & insurance charges when the product is shipped to Dawei for service (this includes customs charges).
